Hi, my name is Ben.  I have been diving since I was 10 years old.  Having been fortunate enough to have grown up around diving, I have come to realize how much of a joy it is, and how much it has deepened my life over the years. Through all of the experiences that I have been blessed with, I am amazed by how much, exploring the underwater world continues to have such a significant impact on my life, body, mind and soul. It truly never seems to get old. 

Having first been certified in 1986, I continued through my Advanced, Rescue, and then on to Dive Master. As a D.M. I realized early on how fun it was and is, going on trips, meeting new people and helping with classes. Working with other instructors in classes exposed me to a wide variety of teaching styles, developing my approach, and at the same time urging me closer to getting my Instructor Certificate. 

In 2000, I completed the I.E. and began teaching, and continue to love it to this day.  I look forward to furthering my education in the diving world, for it is something I value as life long endeavor.  I also   would like to say how grateful I am for the experiences and knowledge I have gained from all of the instructors, staff and all the many people that I have had the pleasure of working with at Pro Ski and Scuba.
